Love them! They are always so friendly and nice from the very moment you walk in. The dental assistant are always pleasant and my 4 year old LOVES her visits!
As a new patient, my experience at Kopit was amazing. The staff (Jane and Erin) at the front desk were extremely professional and helpful at every step. They truly excel at customer service. The dental assistant (Jessica) and dentist ( Dr Panzarella) were informative and clear. From first contact to checkout they are truly and exceptional team.

Lauren did a very thorough cleaning and mouth/tongue health examination! (And my old mind just forgot the front office manager's name and her coworker.) However, I appreciate how she fit me in so quickly after I had to cancel my last scheduled appointment due to illness. She also looked ahead and scheduled me for my preferred Sat appointment 6 months in the future! Thanks so much for always being so efficient and kind! :-)
