New Patient Visit on 27 Oct 2015 Just about the best dental office visit I've had in several years. The office appeared to have the latest in technological gadgets, the office staff, and Dr. Pesin and Lisa, were very competent and friendly; I received the most thorough exam I've had in years, and last but most definitely not least, no one tried to "sell" me any unnecessary procedures, as has been my experience on almost every occasion in the past at other offices. Lisa, Dental Technician Ms. Lisa was so professional and courteous. Very pleasant and informative of our dental experience. She took the time to explain what was being done for all of my family members and was very detailed about my exam as it pertained to this visit and my prior dental history. The same was experienced with Dr. Michael, the Dentist. His patient repour was excellent, both my children and I enjoyed his personable demeanor. I had a toothache, and was going out of town, so I wanted to be seen right away. I left a phone message on Wed. after the office was closed, and I was called first thing Thursday morning, and they squeezed me in a few hours later. They took x-rays, and didn't find any problems, which ws a relief! Everyone was very helpful and professional.

Top notch customer service! The entire staff was friendly and professional and did whatever necessary to make me comfortable. The office is beautiful and has a very calming atmosphere. I loved Dr. Pesin, again friendly/professional. I highly recommend this practice, they took my fear away from the moment I walked in the door.
