My family dog of 9 years died today in boarding in this facility! Our dog had absolutely no medical issues going into this facility while my parents went on vacation. We are upset and distraught over this ! Absolutely no sympathy or remorse for what happen under their care. Do not take your dog their if you want your dog alive.
Excellent experience from the moment I walked in with my very shy Bernedoodle. Lisa is the Best Vet Tech I’ve ever met and Doc made this experience comforting for me and my dog and offered so many home tips and care tips. I’m so happy I found this clinic.
The management has gone completely downhill here. I’ve been going to this vet 10 years and they’ve lost my business. Dr. K has left too, which was the best part of this office. My dog was given to me after boarding soaked in her own pee. I tried for a manager call back multiple times, but the manager Mandy never called me. Worst veterinarian services we have ever received (or not received in our case). I would never suggest or recommend anyone bring their animals here. The staff is neglectful and irresponsible.
VCA has entirely changed our lives when it comes to vet care! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone, especially if you have a nervous or reactive dog! They genuinely have a care and love for animals and their parents and it shows! Even took time to capture this adorable picture and send it to me. 10/10.
