We have had both our babies taken care of at Kootenai Animal Hospital and are very pleased with the care, all the staff Megan,Christine,Donna to name a few,sorry if I didn't name you but all the staff are wonderful and caring and especially Dr. Shoemaker.THANK YOU ALL VERY MUCH!!!

Wanted to say a big thank you to the staff. even though they were super busy they took the time to answer all my questions and talk to me and didnt make me feel rushed at all! I am so happy to to have you guys as my vet!
They took such good care of my puppy Blake when he swallowed a plastic Purple Heart that got stuck going into his colon. Luckily he didn't need surgery. I would recommend this place to everyone! They've also been taking care of my cats for years!
Took forever to be seen for my kitten didn't run any tests just guessed and send me home with my sick kitten and a $100 bill 2 weeks later and he's still sick.
We had a very sick yorkie and KAH was wonderful and caring ..answering all our questions
Kootenai Animal hospital is simply awesome. Cle'o was such a sick kitty and they took such great care of her. I was still a worried pet parent since she had to stay overnight but i was still happy with her care!
