I began seeing the Koopahs after wonderful Dr Harrison sold his practice to them. Initially I saw the senior and more experienced Koopah, and was suddenly switched to the more inexperienced one (I now assume that they were trying to build his practice). After the second time that he was in a foul mood from a child patient (he said he was tired of whining children and their parents) and not necessarily concerned with my comfort--I asked to never be scheduled with him again. My advice is to stay away from this practicioner. When push comes to shove, his concern is revenue, not his patients. After several years as a patient I tried to cancel the morning of an appointment after coming down with a vicious flu in the middle of the night. I was told I had to pay for the missed appointment regardless of circumstance. I told his staff, thanks, I'd find another dentist. He still had the nerve to send me a bill.
Dr. Koopah and his brother bought the practice from my long-time dentist a few years ago. I had seen the same hygienist, who I loved, for 15 years, and she recently left for reasons unknown to me. Luckily, I haven't had to do anything other than get my teeth cleaned twice a year. Dr. Koopah and the staff are very nice but I don't have as much connection to them as to the prior dentist and his wife. I'm considering finding another dentist closer to home but think they run a good practice.
Dr. Amir and Ali Koopah are both very attentive and courteous and are always concerned about their patients' comfort. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, always answering any questions you have, even when not in the office (giving toothbrush recommendations over the phone, etc). A great dentist is hard to find, and here in this office, there are two!
This is a great practice. Very punctual, friendly and overall pleasant. Highly recommend it!
Veneers were not as white as I would have liked them. They are using a new lab, hopefully it will have better results.
I believe that Dr. Koopah gives very high quality dental care. I trust him with my dental care, and in fact I have had to go to Dr. Koopah to rectify problems that were caused (or were allowed to continue) with another dentist. Since then I go exclusively to Dr. Koopah.
To be honest, I don't think I'll be going back. But Pam was great and Koopah is nice guy. i felt overcharged too
Dr. Koopah is a very caring and conscientous practitioner. He may not have every new fangled "gadget" but that does not stand in the way of his ability to provide excellent dental care to his clients. I have been extremely pleased with my experiences with Dr. Koopah. Crazy, but I actually look forward to my dental visits.
