We bought a minivan from Koon’s a few weeks ago. There was some bumper damage that needed to be worked that they said they’d fix, we’d just need to make an appointment and come back another day. We drop our van off, and they don’t work on it and get it finished for another 5 business days, so they had our car for an entire week, despite them telling us from the beginning that it would be a simple, one-day fix. Man, I wish I could give an awesome review because I found a good car and the salesperson, Rohann Bell, was a nice guy. HOWEVER, what a fiasco! How did the rest of the dealership fail me so spectacularly? Let me count the ways: 1) When I test drove the car, I noticed the left wiper blade was too long and getting stuck. I alerted them to it; 2) Three days later, after I purchased the vehicle and they allegedly "fixed" the issue, I picked up the car. Did online requests about a wrangler the evening of August 1st. Got a call back right away from jonathan. Very helpful, and was as thorough as he could be to help answer my questions The online price, I was “locked in” To one price, but all that soon changes. When I spoke to Jonathan, he had said that the incentives were resetting because it was August.1st so that price wasnt correct.
