I dropped my car on Saturday at 10:00 am for oil change service and I was told the car will be ready in a few hours. But the service center didn't call me at all. When I went to the center at 5:20 pm it was closed. I was told the center will be opened on Monday. I am currently waiting to get my car back before it serviced. I need the car to drive to work in the morning. It is my worst experience. Very negligent service center. My regret was buying the Lincoln warranty package for 20K
Unprofessional personnel, Beware.
This dealership is a big fraud. Doing business with this guys is as good as committing suicide. If they want to sale you a car, they will do everything to give you a very high APR. one of their trick is to tell you that you can refinance, but once you buy from them, they treat you like trash. I recently went their and boy did they try to rip me off. This guys are heartless.
