I had a very disappointing experience buying a used car from Koons in November 2025. Here are the main issues: 1. The car was delivered by the salesperson without being properly cleaned, even though the purchase package included cleaning. It wasn’t very dirty, but it clearly wasn’t prepared. I bought a Navigator L from here, and the service department says it will be 2 weeks before they can begin diagnostics for a transmission leak. Sheehy said they can get to it in 2 days. When Chris Austin was here, I trusted Koons with my 3 previous purchases. For now, I’ll be using Sheehy, as they seem to run more efficiently.
I dropped my car on Saturday at 10:00 am for oil change service and I was told the car will be ready in a few hours. But the service center didn't call me at all. When I went to the center at 5:20 pm it was closed. I was told the center will be opened on Monday. I am currently waiting to get my car back before it serviced. I need the car to drive to work in the morning. It is my worst experience. Very negligent service center. My regret was buying the Lincoln warranty package for 20K
