dropped off my car for a recall service and was told it would be ready in four hours. About a minute later, I received a call saying the pickup time was pushed to 2:30 PM. I had a great experience at Koons Ford of Silver Spring, especially with my sales person Oscar. We were there to buy my dad a car, and there was a little hiccup in between, but they resolved it with great teamwork and effort to make it all worked out. They are very welcoming and made us feel at home. I would definitely go there again!
