I have been to Kool Smiles several times as a foster parent. One thing I do Not like is there appointment setting done from a call center in another area .. they call and don't know what in the world is going on .. they call with a reminder for an appointment that I do not even have yet and always seem confused .. I took a 3 year old to get 8 crowns and 3 root canals .. she had to be put to sleep so it was not a fun day ..
