The worst children’s dentist I have ever taken my daughter to. Waited over an hour after my appointment time, wait room and bathroom were dirty. Honestly no clue why anyone would use this place
I go to Kool Smiles every 4 weeks to get my braces tighten and checked and I thank NiNi for doing that work.she it a nice person and kind
Went for an emergency, said they would take us over the phone. Got there and waited forever to be turned away by a very rude staff. Will never go there and I tell everyone else not to.
I truly enjoy bringing my children to Kool smiles. The staff there is friendly and personable. They make my children feel safe and get the job done in a timely fashion. The ortho assistant Nini was great, and kept is laughing the whole time. highly recommend this dentist office for children visits, especially if you have multiple children. They will get them all done at the same time! Yes!
They are great!!ive been with them since my babies were born and i love that now that my daughter is older and needs ortho,they can assist with that while my son gets his cleaning ...everyone is very friendly and especially nini he ortho assistant. Dr. Tong is a great orthadantist!!thank you all!!
The staff at this location is very patient, very friendly and have excellent customer care. My son gets his braces rewired and tightened by NiNi. She is always welcoming to both my son and my daughter. She takes very good care in making sure that every appointment results in progress towards our goals. I simply cannot express enough appreciation for having NiNi assist us at every routine appointment.
