Although the wait can be immense, the staff at Kool Smiles are lovely. Dr. OH is very precise with her work and very attentive with a patients care. My cousin also had a smooth molar tooth extraction with the oral surgeon. Team Leader, Reyna, is a kind and understanding person. She will try her best to work around your time as well as the offices schedule.
This office is the worst!!! They do not have an office manager which allows the staff to do what they want. NOT A WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS!!! The wait time is unbelievable! Once your child becomes a teenager, they are no longer able to be seen on Saturdays or after 2pm on weekdays (without notice). I will do business elsewhere!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Horrible ni siquiera tuvieron el tiempo para llamar y decirme que cancelaron la cita de mi hija ! Horrible servicio esas mujeres que trabajan en esta oficina salen más enojadas que uno que es cliente ! No se lo recomiendo a nadie �����
The lady Ms Nini has always attended me for every need that I've had involving my braces and shes been a very kind lady every time. She is veru accurate with her work and whenever I have a problem with my braces she fixes it without complaining. Excellent job Ms Nini. Thank you for attending me.
