The kool smiles staff was great to me and my son OM- Sonja, FrontDesk -Q, Dental assistants Kim and Shunda along with Dr. Muigai. Thank you all.
This office is extremely slow. Stop overbooking appoinents.
Took my son for the first time yesterday... had an appt at 2.. Got there and they claimed it was 2:30.. Arrived at 1:45, sat there to 3:05 and watch patient after patient get called that came in after me.. Smh.. I ended up leaving. Then they had the nerve to call me and ask if I wanted to reschedule. HELL NO! The person who called then tried to explain they were on 3 different schedules and so on and so forth.. Needless to say I won't be returning to this place at all!!!!!!

The staff are so excellent here!! I have never had a bad experience in the 6 yrs my babies been coming here!!
It took to long I brought my grandson in for my daughter
They visit patient with me as a angry parent and help with stitution and Medicaid for child
I took my baby girl Destini for the first time. They were so kind and gentle. I will always come back.
