Had a great experience today. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Miss Shiela was amazing! Best visit to date.
Staff was very interactive with my son. The play area kept him entertained with the computer games. The hygienist happily answered his multitude of questions about the tools she was using without seeming annoyed. Dr. Wilson was great with him, very friendly. Thank you Kool Smiles!.

Drove an hour for them to tell me they couldn’t see my daughter due to a prior fever that i told them about, they told me as long as she didn’t have it at the moment it was okay. Waited their long wait just to get back to the room and send her home. Doctor is friendly but the nurse/assistant have horrible attitudes.
The worst place to take your children for dental work. They left my son in pain and would not return my calls. Horrible! Do not go here!!!
Came in at 2:20 for a 2:30 appointment and walked out after waiting over an hour. Never again!
Sat 2 hours to be told they couldn't do any work on my son �
The front desk girls are amazing and some of the staff in back. The wait time is ridiculous. My appt time was at 915, we did not get finished until 12
