they had me waiting forever just to get a cleaning and due to transportation issues I needed to leave so they pulled a doctor out of another room where that patients parent was throwing the biggest hissy fit over it. I left in the worst mood with a migraine
My daughter in-law had the worst experience of her adult life at this dental practice. She had an abscessed tooth. The dentist didn't allow any time for the novacaine to numb her. He immediately began yanking and pulling on her tooth. She cried and screamed for him to stop until the novacaine numbed her. He wouldn't stop. The dentist told her to never come back. My girl is a very shy gal and this morning she had an amazing hygienist named Shelia. Thank you very much Shelia for making my girl comfortable and walking her through her cleaning.
The staff are always comforting and professional. The Hygienist Sheila, Denatal Assistant Alicia really comforted Brice today during his struggle with getting his picture of of his teeth taken, they were very patient and kind to my son. Dr. Ranga was great explaining all details about my child's teeth and questions of concerns I had about the growth of Brice growing 🦷! Thanks for today’s visit! Anshay Tull
I love coming to kool smiles the staff are amazing... I love the play area it really helps out with the waiting... shout out to the two hygienists that cleaned my kids teeth today.. Sheila Nd Keshita thank u for doing an awesome job with my kids today...
