My daughter had her 1st dentist appointment yesterday and we loved kool smiles! The lady at the front desk was very helpful and super friendly. We felt very welcomed as soon as we walked through the door. The hygienist was awesome with Harper (2 yrs old) and kept her entertained through the whole process. The dentist was very nice and great with Harper as well. We look forward to her check up in 6 months! No one in the office ever knows what is going on. 3 appointments scheduled and changed because the icompetwnt staff can't look at a computer screen. The last visit, I specifically asked them to check when the next visit would be allowed through insurance. They checked and have us an appointment. My husband brought our child to the appointment and they said child couldn't be seen. We scheduled another appointment. Brought child to the appointment and was told that she couldn't be seen. 3 separate times, 3 separate appointment... read more
