Have had so many issues with them. This time was the last time for me. I had my son's appointment made for today and the lady calls and tells me the dentist is sick. Okay that's fine but don't call me on the day of the appointment to reschedule then tell me we have to wait two weeks to bring my son in. Screw that! I'm taking my kids somewhere else now.
We waited an hour past the appointment time in the waiting room. Once we were in the treatment area it took 30 minutes for the hygentist to get to us and she kept getting called away to deal with other patients. She was the only hygentist there. She was wonderful though and was very thorough. The dentist was good as well, but we were there for a total of 3 hours. easy to get the first appointment. But to schedule the 2nd.... Were booked up...
This was my first time here and I will not go back. The actual dentist is a jerk! (The guy dentist) I needed to get 2 cavities filled but I didn't feel comfortable with him doing them so I'm going somewhere else now. If I had a kid I wouldn't want to bring them here. Now all of the ladies were nice I will say that!
Thy took their time to get me I've been there for at least an hour
