If you schedule someone at 3pm and it takes an hour for my children to back to see the dentist then there is a major problem. This coming from over booking caused by corporate politics. The level of care is ok but the corporate BS needs to stop. We are considering finding a new dentist.
My daughter loves this place. She looked forward to her apt today. Jerry and Sheryl we awesome.
I've had nothing but wonderful experiences here. I bring all 3 of my children here and love it! The front desk ladies are so sweet and friendly. The nurses talk to the kids and joke with them making feel at ease. The dentist that was there yesterday whenever we visited was beyond friendly and thorough! I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone! Thanks for all you guys do to make these visits pleasant and fun for my kids :)
Jenny is always friendly and patient with my son. But its crazy to only have one denist there with 12 people waiting to see the denist.

This place is a joke!! They waited until an hour and a half before my appt to cancel both appts. This would have been our first time visiting...the lady said that they are just too busy! Seriously...nobody was there. Now they wont stop calling me to schedule an appt. GO AWAY!
I took my son age 14, to get a cavity filled yesterday morning, the hygienist and office staff were great, the dentist was rude and told me that they weren't really giving the "laughing gas" to patients over 12. Told him, unless you want my son to come up outta that chair during the procedure, he better give it to him. He always gets nervous about the numbing process and the gas helps to relax him.
