First time taking my son here i wasn't pleased at all
First time at a Kool Smiles and it was great! Kayla, Monique & Parker took very good care of me. From the x-rays to cleaning, to polishing..... great job!!!
They made my sister bring a note from her obgyn saying she could have dental treatment because she’s pregnant and then still refused to treat her after doing what they asked.
Overall excellent bedside manner excellent with people that are scared of dentists excellent employees especially Miss Jenny
Absolutely aggravated right now, had an appointment scheduled for today, have a card that says TODAY, and I got a text verifying today!!! And yet I get here for my appointment and they tried to tell me next week... hmmmm no I need to be seen today, so now I will sit here with 5 kids screaming because you guys some how messed up.
Oral surgeon was great, very fast and easy extraction, very friendly :)
