terrible customer service I'm beyond upset with this place!
Terrible place!! Terrible staff!! Just all around terrible!!
Paid for my daughter’s orthodontic treatment up front rather than doing monthly billing. HUGE MISTAKE!! Multiple times I took time off work only to have them cancel the appointment. The last appointment they canceled I tried in vain to reschedule but they don’t answer phones and nobody would return my many calls to to reschedule for a couple months before I gave up. The doctors at this office are amazing. They take their time with my kids, explain to them what is going on and are as gentle as possible. I brought both my daughters in today 8/27/2018. My oldest needed a cleaning and they found a tooth busting through the gum improperly because a baby tooth hadn't fell out. They were able to extract the baby tooth in a few minutes. I’ve been taking my 2 boys there for almost 4 years and my youngest just got braces from them yesterday!!! I really appreciate the Orthodontist talking to my youngest one on one. I think it made him feel more comfortable about getting braces. Everyone that works there is great!!!
