This is the most unorganized place I have ever been. Today my daughter had an appointment at 8. We waited until 9 when someone called us back to only tell us that we would need to reschedule because they did not have the nose pieces needed for nitrous. They ask if they can schedule for 1. They said if they did not receive them they would call by 12 and let us know because we live out of town. Love that we can make Saturday appointments. Staff is always friendly. Kids love going here. My twin 3 yr old boys had not been feeling good and the dentist and staff worked with us as the boys were crying and scared. So grateful that this place was so understanding.
We always have excellent service ! They are fast and very friendly! I love this kool Smiles team. I won't take my son anywhere else. Thanks!

Wish I could put 0 stars. This place is awful and so disorganized and chaotic. Just waited for 3 hours to be seen. Then after the dentist finally came in she asked me to reschedule for a "better" day bc my daughter was scared and crying. She's scared of the dentist there isn't going to be a better day. Plus the assistant was extremely short and hateful with my daughter. I'm so mad and disappointed with this place. I will not go back or recommend this place ever!
We were going to be late to our appointment so I called to let them know. We show up and check in and the receptionist tells me one appt was at 8a and we missed it so my son wouldn't be able to get his cleaning. I show her my appt card and the time written in. She apologized for the mistake and luckily was able to work him in due to a cancelation. We did have a long wait but they were extremely busy. We usually have no problems getting right in. Going to kool smiles was a complete waste of my time. They were told over the phone what i wanted and needed and it was totally unheard..
