My siblings always left hurting, when I was younger and went, they had a doctor with a mask only over their mouth and not their nose. I stopped and told them to stop breathing in my mouth. And I had someone at the time I went with them to their appointment, talked them out of Kool Smiles, and the new dentist said they had none of the cavities that the previous dentist said they had.
We had another WONDERFUL experience! Being a family of 6, we love that we can all go together & they are so mindful of making the kids feel as comfortable as possible. The staff are all super friendly and helpful as well. We would recommend KOOL smiles to anyone!
Disorganized and harassed me with so many calls after one appointment and scheduled us for appointments we didn’t want.
Half way there call me to cancel I drove 45 miles there awful don't have there crap together.And don't get me started with there call center ever worse....
Had 3 cavities filled and sealant done on his teeth. We were in and out in 35 minutes. That's not even the best part! He has severe anxiety about Dr.s. Dr. Baird and her assistant was AWESOME! They were caring and calming to him and talked him through it.
