I love the ease of making appointments. The care they show my children is above and beyond. They explain everything before they do it and it is a very pleasant visit to the dentist.
I alot of people are complaining about them straping young kids down an bruising them .I went one time an will not go back .Worst Place every.

We was 3 hours early for my kids appointment but they still accepted them in early
The nurse there was absolutely amazing BUT the dentist was absolutely ridiculous! We were there way over 2 hours for one crown on my son. When he actually made it to the room he was not very pleasant at all. If it wasn't for the nurse I would have walked out!
they messed up my scheduled wisdom teeth surgery and made me wait longer then when i go, the oral surgeon was a prick ! i had to perform the surgery unsedated and i was really nervous and he didn't make me feel comfortable at all! and it's a KIDS oral surgeon! you would think they would be comforting ! but instead he said "i've never had anyone cry" "stop splattering blood everywhere" (bc i was choking on the mucas in my throat) and the tone of his voice was just flat out rude. i ended up having a panic attack bc my anxiety ... read more
They refused to see my kids twice when they had appointments because they took too many walk ins also billed me when I had insurance office staff terrible the back is pretty good though
Have never had a bad experience here until today. The receptionist and the person named lupe who does the appointments were both very very rude! I will take my 3 kids elsewhere.
