My first time going was OK. The nurses and doctor was so friendly. They make sure I was good and comfortable. They pulled my tooth in no time. My kids went last week and my kids loved it. They was friendly to my kids and fun.
The kidos had dentist appointments today normally this process is complete hell due to the wait time and the fact ry� cant be in their waiting area (as much as i would like for her to keep her face mask on thats asking alot for a 2yr old.) This experience was soooooo much better this time around we waited in a private room till we went back and instead of being in the "Pit" area we had a room away from everyone. People were super nice! Everyone showed real care.
I took my 3yo little boy here two days ago. The lady gave my kid a shot of novacaine. Obviously the lady did not know what she was doing because my kids lip has been swollen since. For two days!!?? My mother (who was once a nurse) told me they gave him too much and essentially blistered his lip. Poor little guy. And when my wife called to complain they were rude and said it wasn't their problem. I highly recommend that if u are thinking of bringing your child here....DON'T. I think the dentist was great the staff was awsome if people have a bad review of this place need to understand that there are few dentist office that accepts medicaid and this is one od them that do so if you want a more personal experiance from a staff that not way overbooked go pay out your pocket if not deal with it because places that do accept medicaid is always overbook and stressed themselves over the abundance of clients so with thats said they did great
Great dentists. My sons dental work went fast and they did a very good job.
