I'd like to give a very special thanks to Liliana Villagran and her team at Kool smiles, everything and everyone was professional and welcoming. The office was clean and very well kept. I would definitely go back and recommend everyone to go to Kool smiles.
I have taken my daughter to the Laredo, TX Kool Smiles for her check-ups and cleanings since she was 6 months old. The staff is great, friendly, cheerful, and super professional. I love it!
Had a recent visit and had a great experience my kids love going there.
Been going there for a couple years now and have been helped by Dental Hygienists Yesenia G. and Jeanette and they always do a great job, very friendly and cheerful. The dentist Dr. S (forgot his last name), really nice and efficient with his work, on to the point. They really take care of my husband and I. Thank you Kool Smiles Laredo. No cavities as of yet.
My daughter loved her hygienist Jhanette. Also Lilly and Celia were always checking on her to make sure she was okay. The girl up front Mara was really friendly and nice to us! I really recommend koolsmiles �
Today was my son’s first dental visit, I was so nervous about the whole thing because he’s only 6 months old, I wasn’t sure if he was going to be chill or screaming his lungs out. My nerves were put at ease as soon as I walked into the lobby. Liz, the lady up front was so helpful and sweet, The Hygienists Janette and Catherine were amazing and gentle my son never cried or fussed, they made us both feel at ease, I can’t wait to go back.
Very good service the staff was super friendly to me. Loved the dental work i had on me and my kids. Overall highly satisfied..
