Oral surgeon never answers phone. We were scheduled for a tooth pulling, but showed up and was told it would only be a cleaning. Serious communication issues between employees. Very unfortunate because we can't find another dentist that accepts medicaid.
Appointment was at 2 for my kids seen them round 1ish
They are the best but they're telephone rescheduling customer service SUCKS VERY VERY RUDE NEED TO BE PROPERLY TRAINED.
They was quick to me handle their job. Daughter appointment was 9:00 seen her before then.
My appointment was at 9 and they didn't come in the room to see my son til 1030 for one fill in!!!!! �
