I visited Kool Smiles on 4/11//18 after having my infant son. My cleaning was fantastic and performed by Lisa. She and the staff were very helpful. However, I would not recommend them for the simple fact that after this appointment I was scheduled for an extraction. At the time I had to arrange transportation for myself, and my two month old as well as someone to sit with him during the procedure. I checked in and was told "the surgeon that was scheduled to perform the surgery, decided not to come to work that day". I wasn't... read more
Customer Service was fast and polite they addressed my issues immediately and was out quick after extracting two teeth. A Plus Service.

My baby loves to come to Kool Smile. The staff make shim feel comfortable. He knows them by name and they know him by name. Elizabeth and Dr.Ambrose di a great ob to keep him calm during treatment and he is usually anxious. We will continue to be part of the kool sdmiles family.
Kool Smiles at eastpoint is the Best and The staff is excellent, Dominique Downer was the best.
Kool Smiles is so annoying keep calling and texting everyday even before the business is open. They need to do better with there system. There is no freaking way I should be getting a text @ 7am...
