I have been bring my granddaughters here at this location from the beginning. Todays visit was so good. Talking to Autumn about what was going on and she explained everything completely. She is a fantastic worker. She definitely gets an A+ from us.
My kids have been coming here for a couple of years now, we drive almost 2 hours just to come to this office my kids trust them, they are fast friendly and compassionate to the kids and parents �
Staff is very unprofessional and rude the children were unattended and it was like a zoo
My husband and I had to call late on a Friday night about a loose possibly permanent tooth on our kiddo. The answering service was so nice! We were told to try an emergency walk in early on Saturday morning at the bardstown road location. We were there to open the place up bright and early (hated to be that mom but we were trying to save a tooth). The staff was kind and understanding and worked us in as soon as they possibly soon. Entirely too long of a wait.. too many I DONT KNOW answers for things..
Worst experience today. Do you know that they basically want to tie our children to a board to do a filling? The did not go over this with me. I've wasted my time and my poor daughter has suffered due to their incompetence.
