My son has been coming to Kool smiles on Bardstown road since he was 1 (He will be 4 in October). The staff is GREAT. They’re super friendly and Benjamin LOVES them. They’re always making him laugh and he’s definitely always making them laugh as well. This location is great and as long as we’re in Louisville kool smiles is where my child will go! Thanks for everything you do, you guys are truly the best.
My grand children go there and I commend Ms. DeeDee for her patience and professionalism with these kids. It's a wonderful experience for these kid's they need a great place to go to for there teeth. Thanks MS. DeeDee. Love you to pieces
I loved the staff. They were very kind to myself and my family, very understanding. Deedee and Autumn were nice and had cool conversations with me.

The ortho team was very professional spoke to my children to their understanding. Although it as only a consult I see us staying to complete the process here at this location. Dr. Torres and his assistant Vanessa are very polite and patient with children.
