The service is slow and the employees have very poor work ethics. This place need a really good medical manager .
Dr. R & Shelby are ALWAYS so sweet and kind when me and my family walk in. Dr. R takes her time and makes sure your comfortable and in no pain. & Shelby is the very sweetest and most kind assistant I have ever encountered in any dentist office & I have been in a few to say the least!! If I could give 10 I would!!
I absolutely love this place! The dr was very gentle, kind, and caring! We also worked with Shelby and she is a total sweetheart! I would recommend Kool Smiles to anyone! They're AWESOME!

If I could leave a lower rating than this I would.Completely unacceptable I had an appointment today and my son waited for over a half hour no one ever explain that there would be a delay.Then they called him and another patient then told him to hold on and called someone else right after that. A patient has been lost and i completely understand why there are such negative connotations associated with this company
Hate it long wait skip over my child change my apot with out me knowing i call and call did a release form for my daughter her old DENTIST gax paperveork yall keep saying you never got it

Took my son for a teeth cleaning and the only reason i give a 2 star is because i liked the fact i could go back there with him. Coming from our dentist office back home in georgia, we were spoiled with cleanliness. It wasn't very clean where they do the routine work. I went once. ONCE. And now i can't get them to QUIT CALLING ME!!! I even told them i moved or i found a different place and to take my number off their list but they are relentless wanting us to come back. It's on te level of harassment. Just stop, kool smiles.... read more
It was great. We got called back before our appt time. It was my daughters first time and i was expecting her to be traumatized but she wasnt lol. Everybody was really friendly, even the other customers in the waiting room. It was just really great. She cant wait to go back lol. Little weirdo
