I will never, ever, EVER bring my son back here again. They told my husband he needed to pin our son down to take an xray and only escalated his behavior when I calmed him down. Then they suggested he needed to be put under general anesthesia. Are you serious? He's 4, and that went from 0-100 really fast. There are other options before general anesthesia. Also, nothing was explained to us about anything. My son is traumatized. I will be finding him a new dentist and telling my friends to avoid this place like the plague.
People PLEASE look up the tv show WISTLEBLOWERS!!! You will think twice before taking your kids to this chain!!!!!!! PLEASE!!! They did an EXPOSE that will leave you thinking WTF!!!!!
My daughter had dr.butler and ms leandra myself had dr butler and stephen they were amazing!! They really created a comfortable environment for myself and my child as well as making my childs experience fun not to mention andrea at the front desk was super helpful and amazing!!!
