Seriously don’t come here. They are so rude and don’t care about anything expect their side convos. They schedule appts and can’t get you back on time.. for an 8 am appt!!! Then they tell me the doctor wasn’t there. Like seriously, call and let me know before my appt time!!!! The two front desk ladies were plain rude and cut me off to finish their talk about the parade. Oh then when the “doctor” finally shows up, she goes to an 8:30 appt skipping us!! � we’ve been here since 7:43 am its now 8:35 and still nothing!!! Never ag... read more
It was my daughter first visit there. She got a cleaning and had no cavity’s. The staff was very polite. She had appt. time at 2:15 she got back there at the time that was set. Next appt in sept.
Called at 9 this morning needing a tooth extracted ASAP as a new patient, the staff was wonderful and friendly and they were able to fit me in at 10:00am. My Dentist (Dr. H) and his assistant (Deanna) were quick to get me in for my procedure and explained everything to me, they made sure I was good and numb and the extraction itself only took a couple of minutes. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and the price was great too. Very very happy customer!! I will be returning!!!
My son waited for over an hour to be seen. People that came after we arrived was being called....we left before he was called..never going there again..ill find my kids a new dentist.....
New patient here. Staff is friendly for the most part. Happy that they have an orthodontist here as well.
They always treat me and my kids like family. I love the staff.
Staff was mostly pleasant and courteous. Dentist seemed over-extended but very cheerful and friendly. Fairly clean for ped facility. Dentist moving back and forth between 3 active cases and two to four evaluations during two visits. Mistakes with even basic glove changing while trying to complete cases simultaneously, rushing back and forth -- safety issue, overall work quality -- seems unavoidable. Ped facility used by Tricare for adult patients.
That place has the nicest staff I've ever been too so compassionate to their clients
