RecommendedGreat atmosphere, professionalism, and thorough.
I tried to give them several chances and every time was a horrible experience. They were borderline abusive to my son. Pushing his face around, not listening to his and my concerns. He choked several times from them not paying attention to where they were squirting the water. If it wasn’t for the fact I was dealing with my two other children I would have walked out right then and there. I HIGHLY recommend NOT going here. Kool Smiles is the WORST dental care provider I have ever had to deal with! You can never call and receive prompt responses from your local office, the staff is always turning over. My daughters have been on 3 different care plans because of orthodontist leaving and new ones coming in. And to top it all off guess what....? If you ever move the locations in your new a state won’t honor anything from your previous home location. Bottom line my daughters now have to wear their braces for an additional two years.
People PLEASE look up the tv show WISTLEBLOWERS!!! You will think twice before taking your kids to this chain!!!!!!! PLEASE!!! They did an EXPOSE that will leave you thinking WTF!!!!!
Very friendly staff I called that morning to make two appointments for my kids and I was able to have their appointments the same day. Very professional very helpful will be coming back again. Thank you
Dr. Meter and April ( I didn't get her last name ) made a great team... Ms. April set everything up and explained the procedure (4 Wisdom teeth extractions)... Any question I had was satisfied. Dr. Meter walked in and went over the procedure and 10 minutes later it was all over with... What a pleasant and effective team. The rest of the staff are equally awesome.
