Excellent office! This place is perfect for kids! The staff is so friendly and kind! Best dentist in the area for kids hands down!
Terrible experience! I quit taking my kids here because every time we went in they said they had some kind of issue! Then they would charge my insurance for stuff that I wasn't sure they needed or that they actually did ! After about the fifth time that they found something wrong with my son I decided to get a second opinion from a dentist and to my surprise my son needed absolutely nothing other than just a regular cleaning! ! My daughter is having to have quite a bit of work done to her back teeth. She was terrified this morning due to it being her first experience with cavities. The doctor & her assistant were FANTASTIC! I could not have asked for a better experience for her. They made her feel completely at ease and made sure to explain everything they were doing when they were doing it. We had our sons cleaning and while we were there we went ahead and paid for my daughters. When we went back for my daughters appointment two weeks later they said they had a price increase of $88 dollars. This is stupid and not good business I guess we will be looking for a new dentist. For both children the old price was $350.00 now they say it's $526.00 that is a $175.00 sonething sounds fishy.
I was in an excruciating amount of pain ..and had to have lots of work done. So Dr Stephen Petty. .fixed me up!. .He was so gentle and caring. .I didn't even know the teeth were gone lol�...even though they are known to care for children's needs. .they do an awesome job with adults too�����
One of the best dentist office in Lufkin... Angie, Cynthia, Brandy, Tiffany, Dr. Foreman and Dr Tripp all worked together to make me feel comfortable and confident about my visit. Thank you ladies and gents for making my dentist visit as pleasant as possible.
