Receptionist that day was not very friendly or helpful. I had to go back the next day and had a better experience with a different receptionist. Those working with my kids were nice. However, my daughter had recently got her ears pierced but they said she had to remove her earrings. She cried in pain when I removed them and then 5 min after the xrays I couldn't put them back on!
Kool Smiles is the only dentist that I'll let do anything to my teeth ..they're always concerned and their kind-hearted people so if you asked me where to go to get your teeth fixed I would always say Kool Smiles they're wonderful people especially cindy
Growing up and still to this day I've always been afraid of the Dentist, but the the people at KOOL SMILES made me comfortable & explained everything to where I could understand exactly what I needed! I would recommend anyone that’s Afraid of the Dentist to go check them out! I would like to give a special thanks to Keke and Dr. Borges, thank you for all your help.
