Excellent customer service. I know that people typically just post their bad experiences on these types of boards, but Koo Koo Bear Kids really went out of their way to help us get the rest of our furniture after the store we ordered it from went out of business abruptly just weeks before our baby is due to arrive. Their commitment to customer service was evident when the owners personally met us at the warehouse to pick up the furniture. nice job We just got our daughter the Zoe storage unit bed. She fell in love with it while we were in the store looking for new beds. I said she could get it under one condition, she would utilize the storage space and keep her room clean. We have had the bed for about a few weeks now and she has been keeping her room immaculate.
