"blown away" My wife and I are expecting our first child in December and she has been working tirelessly to find the right furniture/decor for our little ones room, after visiting every specialty store in town she has found her self going back to Koo Koo Bears for all our needs. In fact she is nothing short of "blown away" with the level of expertise and service she has gotten from your staff.
Knowledgeable! We were aloud to browse with out pressure, but when we had questions trace was extremely knowledgeable about the gliders and helped us narrow down our choices.

Excellent customer service. I know that people typically just post their bad experiences on these types of boards, but Koo Koo Bear Kids really went out of their way to help us get the rest of our furniture after the store we ordered it from went out of business abruptly just weeks before our baby is due to arrive. Their commitment to customer service was evident when the owners personally met us at the warehouse to pick up the furniture.
