Do NOT RENT any of there properties! The management sucks! They are rude, they could care less about the tenants feedback! My father told them about the trash at the compactor multiple sent pictures, etc he ran into the owners at the office and they basically told him he’s SOL and he could break his lease! This is preserve at quacco woods in Pooler. I have never rented from such unprofessional, incompetent people.
Do not rent from this company. Wanna the redhead is a liar and horrible person. This company is unprofessional and does not like to keep their word and watch out for maintenance because they are all racist. They will enter your apartment even when instructed not to and make up lies. I was told I could break my lease a month early without penalty then the day of Wanna lied and said she never said it.
