Konrad was recommended by a friend. I had called about 10 companies to get guesstimates. Found all on Yelp, local companies. 3 never responded. Needed back side of house re-roofed in concrete tile, 10 squares. Old shake roof removed. High bid was 18k from another company. Most where under 10k. Konrad came in lowest at 7k.
