EVERYTIME I'VE GONE TO SEE HER SHE WAS FAST TO SEE THE PROBLEM AND TAKE CARE OF IT. I HOPE SHE NEVERS RETIRE. I'LL BE DRIVING AN HOUR AND A HALF TO SEE HER.
Either she took a bad sample or their lab messed up and missed cancer.
Dr Konerding is excellent. Her practice needs much improvement. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment and was shown to a waiting room. I waited for almost 1 1/2 hours. No one came to me to tell me why or to update me on when to expect her. I had to ask multiple times, and got little information. Finally, I had to leave without seeing her. I don’t understand how the scheduling could possibly be that far off
I have been a patient of Dr Konerding for over 20 yrs. She is very knowledgeable in her field and has a good bedside manner. I trust her diagnosis totally.
I have been a patient of Dr. Konerding for decades. Her knowledge, experience as well as "bed side manner" had me a believer from the first visit. I highly recommend her to anyone who expects the very best.
First visit recently to Dr Konerding. An hour wait, and then a rushed time with her. I did feel confident in her care, even when I felt she could have spent more time listening to my concerns. A second attempt to make an appointment was frustrating. Called twice to follow up and the scheduler never got back to me. I am on the fence about staying with this practice. Administrative matters matter a great deal when entrusting your care to a given practice.
I always wait 45 - 60 minutes to be seen and she never spends more than 2 minutes for the exam unless it is surgical
Have never gone when I haven't waited over an hour to be seen.
I've had good experiences seeing Dr. Konerding and find her easy to talk with, pleasant, knowledgeable, experienced. Everyone in the office is courteous and appropriate. BUT, getting through by phone is a serious problem, I've waited in a long cue for quite awhile, only to get a recording. Why not flip the recording on in the first place? I know there aren't many dermatology emergencies but our time is also valuable and this disrespects it.
