I had a great time. Everyone is very nice. The spa is incredible, great gym, awesome restaurant/bar. Glad we stayed here

By far the worst experience ever. PLEASE read the entire review. We flew in for our anniversary from Denver. We had the room reserved here and flight arrived a bit late. We arrived in the lobby and all rooms were completely booked, meaning our room was no longer there and was given away. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. We were given a cheap hotel instead which did not make up for it at all because it did not have the view nor the atmosphere. We kept thinking that we should have stayed home instead. Website says renovated rooms. Paid $500 for three nights through Expedia, walked in the room smelled it, looked out the window at the construction fence and had the resort down the street come get us! They did comp us our wine while we waited for the shuttle to come get us.
