loved our waitress and yummy food!
The Food and service is wouderful !
Food is good but took my Daughter and her 8 month old baby...they gave us a highchair then mid way through lunch the hostess said the manager said the highchair was a fire hazzard and took it away...we had to hold baby and try and eat with a 8 month old...wth...they did not even move us to a different table....lame the highchair had like 8 ft all around it...fire hazzard...???? Never coming back...didnt comp any food or drinks for convenience etc....
the weekend Manager Dan is awesome. Had a question and small issue. He was on it right away and fixed it. Our wait staff was super nice and very good at her job. The manager *female) asked if I was ok due to looking like I had a bad sunburn. The food is great.
Poor service. Management was very ignorant. Clearly a lack of regard for the customer. It took 45 minutes to get my food, my waiter came by the table once while waiting, the manager who came by our table was rude,it was not busy and 2 of our orders were wrong. Our waiter did try to talk to another manager about our service and he waved him off right in front of us. I used to love that place and after today I won’t go back.
food was blah and service wasnt that great.
KONA is Awesome, the Food is Consistently prepared perfect. The Sushi is Great. And the Staff. Knock it out of the Park. Always a first choice when going out to eat.
Delicious!!! There were 7 of us and every single plate was so tasty!
