I had a frustrating experience with Kompassionate Care Services LLC regarding missed pay. Pay per day requires clock-in and out, miss either and it's a day missed. There is an alternative procedure to update the missed days, however it seems they really dropped the ball in not making sure that my client wasn't covered the days I missed clock-in or out.
