Saturday June 29th Service tech arrived my evaporator was frozen he arrived fast I called early. He came back after doing another call and diagnosed the problem as a blocked orfice which on my unit is a fixed orfice easily accessible at a threaded fitting. The tech said he could clean it which I encouraged him to do but he would rather replace it. I called Pink Plumber because of their ad on the radio which is also on their website, for only $149.00 they will pump your septic tank. Good deal I thought. Half of the price I paid in the past. The company seems well known, advertising on a popular radio station. I wish we could give no star rating as they have no clue on customer service. My AC went out on Friday afternoon 6/28/19 (under warranty) so I called and placed a service call. They said a tech would be out between 3-6 on Friday. No call, no show even after I called back 4 times and sent 2 text via their website. So at 8pm i call ****** ******* they had there tech out at 10 pm and found that we had a blown fuse. He tested all parts & readings to see if all was well and the best part it was at NO CHARGE! Both the office staff and technicians are very friendly and professional. I like this business because there is little turnover in their staff, which means I have had the same technician service and monitor my Heat and Air the past two years. The business is familiar with my Heat and Air System, treat me well as a loyal customer, and keeps their employees happy.

We are selling our house and I have to get the septic pumped. We had this tank pumped out about 8 months ago. You can see where they dug the ground up to pump the tank out. When Cody arrived I showed him exactly where the lid to the tank was. He was arguing with me that where I showed him to did was not the spot. Cody kept probing the ground and I asked him to stop because all of our services are on that side of the house where he was probing. You could not be more pleased with any air conditioning service technicians than Coastal Heating & Air in Savannah, Georgia for your service needs. On memorial day my a/c went out. The Service Experts came out without an overtime charge and was really happy at first with their service. They proceeded to tell me the my compressor was seized. After asking if I wanted to kick start it (warning it would either free up the compressor or kill it for good) I agreed. They did neglect to tell me the cost of the unit however.
