Remembered I was in 8 months earlier and helped me design a special necklace in memory of my son who passed away. Rob and his staff were so kind and compassionate in designing my necklace, a true tribute to my son! He and his staff were so wonderful in the sharing of my happiness. I have found them to been more invested in me personally compared with other large jewelers I have done business with.
Everyone there is friendly and helpful. All jewelry is top quality. We have bought many things there and I love all of them. I can go into the store and get my jewelry checked or ask questions and I always get a smile and the help with whatever I need!
