TL;dr: Hire Ambry Emanuel at Meador if your insurance company wrongfully denies your claim. She’s amazing! Basically, the homeowners insurance company approved my claim for a corroded sewage pipe replacement and authorized repairs, and then 2 days later their 3rd party company denied my $9400 claim based on fine print and refused to pay (turns out this is called estoppel and is illegal!).
