Had an appointment to get my bike worked on, brought the bike in this morning to the location they told me over the phone. Was told the guy I needed to speak with would be showing up soon, didn't show after 20 minutes. I've left a voicemail, a message with a representative at the triumph dealer, and called the repair shop 5 times today with no answer. Was told by the rep at the dealer that they'd reach out to me to get it sorted and still haven't heard a thing by the end of the day. Guess they don't want my business.
Brought my Bonneville in reactivate my cruise control. Jarred hooked it for updates and discovered that several things had not been updated. He fixed all the issues and test road the bike to make sure everything worked. Friendly, knowledgeable, top notch! Mitch in Nevada.
Great people here. They do a lot for the community and have rad bikes!
Gave me free straps and a new helmet!
