Cody was very thorough and did an excellent job inspecting our home. As first time home buyers, he made sure all of our questions were answered. Additionally, any potential issues, safety risks, and code issues were well articulated and explained to us as buyers. His report was well written and recommended what action needed to be taken on any issues noted. We will definitely be using Kolbe Home Inspections on any transactions in the future!

I thought Cody did a great job on my home inspection. He pointed out several things that needed to be addressed before closing in which we asked the seller to fix and they did. He was thorough and available at the last minute. I'm very grateful for him!
Cody is thorough, professional, and courteous. He was punctual and able to schedule the inspection really quickly. He is reasonably priced and assisted us in finding the correct contractors to do recommended repairs. Would use again. (Although, I am truly hoping we've bought our forever house and that we won't ever need to move). Five stars.
