RecommendedCody came to my rescue on a deck project when the previous contractor dropped the ball. He not only gave me a fair price (in my opinion), but he did the work quickly and professionally. Best of all, I felt like he really cared about the quality of work he did. I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.
Cody did an awesome job putting in our white vinyl picket fence on the side of our house and privacy fence along the back. Also came up with a removable gate to get trailers in and out. Was always here early and leaving late until the job was done. Love the new fencing! Thanks Cody and your help you did an excellent job. Will be using them again. for other services.
Colby did an awesome job during our home inspection! We are first time home buyers and appreciated his willingness to explain issues to us and answer any questions we had! Buying a home is quite the undertaking with lots of fast-moving parts. Frankly, it's stressful! I called Kolbe Home Services and Cody got back to me within the hour and was able to schedule my home inspection that evening. At the appointment he was very professional, outlined how the inspection would go and then proceeded to systematically review the house providing commentary as he went. We were able to schedule an appointment very quickly, and in the evening, when it was convenient for us. A very thorough inspection was completed and any issues noted explained to us, and whether it was cosmetic or something more pressing.
