Went to Koi for our anniversary and my daughter's birthday because we love the food and "show" however this time it was different. The waitress was very confused, the chef didn't put on a show for my grandkids like the previous chefs did and the food was bland. I don't know why they go through so much help but they need to find good waitresses and chefs and do whatever they can to keep them. Very bad communication between the waitress and chef, hopefully next time will be better or we won't go back!
