I had the pleasure of meeting both Kelly Ann and Mandy, both are salespersons. They are very knowledgeable and friendly and gave me great advice on what choices I had for my bathroom upgrades. They both even took the time to speak to 2 of my plumbers to tell them the scope of the work so that they would understand fully what was involved. Worst products ever to install. For customers please buy something else. Anything else. The engineers that design these products are not very good. Everything from faucets, mixing valves and shower glass always takes long and there is always some nonsense problem. Trying to install a shower glass and the people that packaged it put the wrong screws in the package. Instructions called for a 2mm and a 3mm allen wrench and they sent something like a 2.5mm. Brian and Emily were Amazing to work with. Emily transferred to the Nashville store during the renovation and still helped me finish everything. I had to exchange some items and they both made everything so easy. They took the stress out of a stressful situation. Thank you Brian and Emily! Highly recommend working with Kohler Signature Store by PDI for your projects. Mandy Green was wonderful and easy to work with. She was very knowledgeable had some great suggestions on various options for my bathroom renovation projects. We like the quality and design of the Kohler products. I worked with Mandy Green, who is really excellent. She helped us select all matching products from Kohler that worked with existing fixtures from photos we brought. She also helped us with matching marble for the bathroom and came up with a great design using black mosaic for the shower while marble large format on the floor and walls up to a bullnose separation.
